Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy Guidelines

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a GrabExpress pick-up for your item at your preferred time.

All returned items undergo a multi-step check-in process which typically takes 1–2 business days after we receive your parcel. Returns and exchanges are subject to product availability — if an item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund for the product.

We offer two methods of exchange. Please read the “Methods of Exchange” section below for more information.

To process your refund, we must verify that:


  • Items are returned in their original packaging, including any complimentary gifts. Missing items may result in a deduction from your refund.

  • Items are in original condition, free from stains, marks, or odors.

Once your return meets our policy requirements, we will issue a refund for the item price (excluding original shipping fees). Refunds are credited to your original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.

If your return does not meet our criteria, we will contact you via email with options to either:


  • Have the item returned to you, or

  • Proceed with a refund minus a cleaning fee.

For in-person exchanges, the item will be inspected on-site and the requested size will be provided immediately.

We want you to love your pieces, so we offer free exchanges within Singapore to help you find your perfect fit.

Defective Items

All goods undergo additional steps of quality control before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or defective product, please e-mail us at hello@peblhouse.com with a clear picture of the damage within 7 business days after you receive your purchase. 

All returns and exchanges are subjected to product availability. If an item is out of stock we will issue a full refund of the product.

The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • All measurements may vary by 0.5" to 1.5".
  • As our silkscreen printed tees are handmade and manually printed, slight print bleeds or imperfections may occur.
  • Our tees are sewn individually from scratch, and some loose or accumulated threads may appear. This is not considered a defect, as it does not affect the wearability of the tee. You may trim any threads if they are uncomfortable.
  • Items intentionally damaged to qualify for a return.
  • Defects that occur after washing, ironing, or handling by the customer, such as outstretched collars after wear etc.
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or handled.
  • This includes any orders that used discount or promo codes.
Methods of Exchange

We offer two exchange methods:

  • Courier Exchange (GrabExpress)

We can arrange a GrabExpress pick-up at your preferred time (within a selected time window, e.g., 1–6 PM).

Once we receive your item, we’ll conduct a check. After the item is approved, a new piece in your requested size will be shipped out.

Reshipments typically take 2–5 working days to reach you.

  • In-Person Exchange (ION Orchard)

We offer in-person exchanges at ION Orchard, Monday–Friday at 6:45 PM.

Your item will be inspected on-site, and you’ll receive the requested size immediately.
